Alright, we know my love of What’s Gaby Cooking – I don’t try to hide it. And pretty much, whatever recipe she puts out there, I am usually up to try. But, when she posted about her Lemon Pepper Parmesan Wings, I was so freaking exited to make them – I went to the store that day to buy the ingredients. They looked ad sounded so incredible, with flavors that I adore, there was no reason NOT to make these bad boys!
I did not have Gaby’s Lemon Pepper Parmesan seasoning, so I just substituted with lemon pepper mixed with parmesan cheese. I figured this would be pretty close and since I didn’t want to wait for the seasoning to arrive from Williams & Sonoma – it worked!
The whole wing-making-process is ridiculously easy and took no effort whatsoever. The only hard part of the whole thing was waiting for the wings to actually cook! But, the wait was worth it for these crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, cheesy, tart, perfectly seasoned wings.
