Happy Friday!!!! It was such a nice week- great weather, good lessons to teach… it was just what I needed!
I feel like I have been killing the at-home lunch game. I love being able to make a fresh lunch each day and not have to pack up and prepare lunches for on-the-go. My favorites lately have been my Lemony Lentil Soup (I made a huge batch and froze individual servings of it), Hummus Veggie Wraps, and little snack plates. Sometimes it’s nice not to live on leftovers!
I recently listened to a podcast that featured food photographer, Eric Wolfinger, and I was entranced. This guy is a chef, a photographer, and a traveler…all things that I just adore. He spent a lot of time talking about his friendship with Chad Robertson of Tartine Bakery in San Francisco and the book, Tartine Bread, which they collaborated on. I cannot wait to get my hands on this book (hint- Mother’s Day is coming!) and try out some of these recipes! Our cousin, David, actually worked at Tartine a few years ago and I know of their artistry and amazing products. Can’t wait to try some out at home!!!
Enjoy your weekend- hopefully in the sun- and may it be full of rest and relaxation!!! ❤️❤️❤️
