These are sold in every cafe there…dusted in powdered sugar and filled with berry jam…just thinking about them makes my mouth water!
After our Solvang experience as a kid, my mom bought an ebelskiver pan and made them for us in our own home. I remember them as a special occasion thing…especially on New Years. These breakfast treats do take some time, but they are worth it!

I love surprising Tay with these…they might be her favorite breakfast of all time! It’s a fun tradition that’s been passed down in my family that I hope will keep going.
