While we were enjoying a fantastic time camping in the Santa Cruz Mountains, I discovered the most endearing, heartwarming, and just lovely book. A Man Called Ove was such a perfect companion to our trip!
If you haven’t read A Man Called Ove yet – do it! Whenever I mention it to people who have read it, I get universal acclaim for the book. Seriously, it is that good! The story of Ove, a curmudgeonly old man who lives in Sweden, is a story that everyone can relate to. You either have and Ove in your life – or you have been an Ove at one point or another!
This book brought out all of the emotions. I laughed. I cried. I was so sad when it was over. If you are looking for a feel-good read that is perfect for a camping trip, the beach, or even just sitting in your own backyard this summer – A Man Called Ove is the book you need to discover!
