Gaby strikes again! After discovering my love of What’s Gaby Cooking’s Basil Vinaigrette, I scoured her website looking for more ways to use this amazing sauce. It didn’t take me long to find her recipe for a three cheese, two sauce pizza…and I was ready to go!
This pizza was so easy to assemble and so tasty! It combines a red sauce, then shredded mozzarella, crumbled goat cheese, the basil vinaigrette and into the oven! I added some fresh spinach to the recipe for some added greens- and hoping to pass this off as a slightly healthy dish. Greg claimed he could taste the spinach- but I thought the vinaigrette masked the taste of anything green!
When the pizza comes out, you add the last cheese- fresh burrata. The creamy cheese warmed up from the hot pizza and was the ideal consisting touch!
Guys- this pizza was incredible, and a real step-up from my usual homemade pizza! I feel so fancy now!!!
